If you have a cheap Chinese GPS tracker, make sure to check information about clones. Traccar is a self-hosted GPS tracking system which supports a multitude of different devices and has mobile apps available for both major OSes. Port column indicates the default port number in Traccar for your device. To select the correct port number, find your device in the list of supported devices. Instead of hosting Traccar on your own hardware, we recommend installing it on a VPS, which always includes a public IP address. OwnTracks is open-source and uses open protocols for communication so you can be sure your data stays secure and private. You can build your private location diary or share it with your family and friends. Your current public IP appears to be 78.26.147.81 (note that it might not be your dedicated address if you are behind a NAT). OwnTracks allows you to keep track of your own location. Some internet providers charge extra for this feature and some don't provide it at all. To be able to receive data from GPS devices, your system must have a public IP address. Check the troubleshooting guide for more details. If you don't know device identifier you can configure the device to report data first and look for it in the log. However, some devices have vendor specific unique identifier, for example some TK103 protocol devices use 12-digit identifier.
